Pilates at Home program
Click the link below to download a basic Pilates at Home program. It contains some fundamental moves and some progressions for those of you who enjoy a challenge. Please listen to your body and if you feel pain or discomfort please do not continue.
This program is designed for those who have been practising Pilates regularly. It is not designed for beginners or people with injuries or special conditions, including pregnancy.
We hope to add more programs to this page in the future.
